Kim Kalishek is Co-Owner and CFO/COO of FourFront, where she leads the operational and financial architecture of the company. She is known for building systems that are not only efficient, but principled, ensuring that growth is sustainable, decisions are sound, and commitments are honored.
Kim earned her B.S. and M.B.A. in Business, J.D. in Law, and LL.M. in Taxation, all with highest honors, from the University of Baltimore while working full-time managing commercial real estate assets. She also holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMI International. Her academic path reflects the same traits she brings to leadership: discipline, rigor, and resilience.
At FourFront, Kim integrates finance, operations, legal oversight, human resources, and project management into a cohesive, high-performing system. She has a rare ability to balance detail with strategy, identifying risks early, creating clarity in ambiguity, and holding the organization to high standards without losing sight of people.
