Tori Alascio

Tori is a Charlotte, NC native who grew up around horses and still rides. She’s a graduate of Queens University of Charlotte, and before joining FourFront, she built her career in the sports industry, where she learned firsthand what it takes to keep a fast-moving operation organized, on schedule, and pointed toward a common goal. That experience translates directly into her work today, keeping projects on track, people aligned, and deadlines met.

Tori’s strengths lie in ownership and structure. She has a deep sense of responsibility that shows up in everything she does. When she commits to something, she follows through. Paired with a natural discipline for building order out of chaos, she thrives on turning a list of moving parts into a clear, dependable plan. Her analytical and strategic instincts mean she’s not just checking boxes, she’s thinking ahead, spotting what’s coming before it becomes a problem.

Making the jump from sports to digital marketing might look unusual on paper, but for Tori, the throughline is clear. Both worlds reward people who can stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and get things done. She brought that same competitive drive and work ethic with her, and she’s building a career at FourFront on it.

Outside of work, Tori is usually at the barn, she grew up riding and still rides often, or spending time with her family and her dog. She’s also always up for talking sports, whether she’s watching, playing, or just arguing about standings.
