Ben Swofford: Product Manager & UX Strategist
Ben is a deep thinker who sees the big picture — and the people in it. With over a decade of experience in digital marketing and an MS in User Experience & Interaction Design, he brings a rare combination of strategic vision, technical depth, and genuine empathy to every challenge — always looking for the path that serves users, stakeholders, and the business alike.
Ben’s approach to strategy starts with understanding people. Whether he’s mapping a user journey, facilitating a stakeholder workshop, or evaluating a new service concept, he draws on his natural ability to spot patterns, generate creative alternatives, and build consensus around the best path forward. His advanced degree grounds this intuitive thinking in rigorous research and design methodology.
At FourFront, Ben serves as the bridge between company vision, technical development, and team adoption — overseeing the integration of AI and emerging technology into workflows and client deliverables. In close partnership with colleagues across the organization, he defines how FourFront leverages AI to make internal processes more efficient and help clients stay on the cutting edge of digital marketing. Recent examples include the weekly SEO Pulse, our internal rank monitoring system, and enhancements to FourFront’s monthly Strategy Checkpoint reporting. He also continues to lead SEO and content strategy for select clients, keeping him closely connected to the work the tools are built to support. His forward-thinking mindset and love of learning mean he’s constantly exploring what’s next and finding practical ways to put new technology to work.
Ben is passionate about developing others and investing in his community. He spent several years leading FourFront’s pro bono partnership with Rise First, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit, and served on their advisory board from 2023–2025. A longtime advocate for authentic, non-transactional networking, he previously served on the board of PhillyCHI, a local UX community group, and is an active member of the Indy Hall coworking community.
When not working, Ben loves traveling and exploring new cultures with his wife, Ramune. He’s always learning something new or picking up a new hobby — lately that includes playing in a neighborhood bocce ball league and ultimate frisbee. He also loves coffee, wine, and tinkering with home improvement, mostly for the benefit of the true boss of the house, his cat Hazey.

Ben shapes FourFront’s product and user experience strategy while driving the adoption of AI and new technology across the organization. He leads SEO and content strategy for select clients and oversees product and UX efforts for both internal systems and client-facing products, translating user insights and market opportunities into actionable development roadmaps. He partners across teams to ensure new tools and offerings align with user needs, business goals, and the evolving digital marketing landscape.
